Questions about official Perkins County criminal records belong with the office that created or maintains the record. This private resource cannot retrieve files or act for a government agency. Use the contacts below to route a court case to the clerk, a local report or recent booking to Perkins County Sheriff, and a statewide arrest-and-prosecution history to the Nebraska State Patrol.

This Is Not a Government Office. This privately run reference site cannot obtain criminal records, conduct official checks, correct agency data, or receive sealing and set-aside filings. Contact the official custodian instead.

Need an Official Record?

Send the request to the custodian for the record type. Perkins County's main court and law-enforcement counters are both at the courthouse in Grant:

  • Court files and certified copies: Perkins County and District Court Clerk, 200 Lincoln Avenue, PO Box 222, Grant, NE 69140; 308-352-7530; weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Sheriff reports and recent custody: Perkins County Sheriff's Office, 200 Lincoln Avenue, PO Box 607, Grant, NE 69140; administration 308-352-7501; dispatch 308-352-7500; weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Statewide RAP sheets: Nebraska State Patrol (NSP) Criminal Identification Division through its Patrol Criminal History request service
  • Booking and jail details: call sheriff dispatch first because Perkins County uses Keith County Jail and other regional facilities
  • Incident and police reports: ask the agency that created the report; Grant contracts its law enforcement to Perkins County Sheriff
  • Set-asides and sealing: file the Nebraska form in the court that handled the case, after confirming the correct case and process with the clerk

The sheriff publishes no separate records-window name, request form, or fee schedule. Email sheriff@perkinscounty.ne.gov or call administration before visiting, and describe the incident number, date, location, and record sought. Court questions can also go to kathy.woodmancy@nebraska.gov.
